真人面试：它的问题很稳定，基本是那几个，没有些人说的那么崩溃，个人觉得面试氛围非常轻松。面试官很 Nice。面试前可以去看看这个是谁的 meeting room，然后搜一下面试官的背景，让心里有个底。这次面试官问了我以下：

Why pursue MBA right now
How will you plan your 3 coop term
Have you had any constructive feedback from your colleges
Have you done anything that go beyond your own duty at work
What steps do you take when you face challenge at work
How did you deal with conflict at work
Any question want to ask




结束后发送了 thank you letter.
