根据不完全统计，在OG16所有语法题目里面，目前只有一个题目的选项出现了奇怪的being~

根据以往经验，看到being都是秒杀有木有？？？

但就是有例外，因此，单纯的不假思索的删掉含有being的选项已经不那么靠谱了~

这道题出现在OG16的110题里，比较靠后，但我感觉因为GMAC那帮老头摸清楚了大家的解题思路，所以更倾向于把正确的选项里加上being~

首先，弄清楚文章想表达的意思：
This sentence explains that an executive who is blindly committed to a proven
course of action is likely to overlook or misinterpret indicators that the plan may
no longer be working. The sentence needs to make clear who may misinterpret
these indicators.
也就是说excutive盲目的采用以往的xx已经是不行啦，因为这可能导致他们忽视一些错误，因为以往的xx已经不再有效了。

"heavy commitment by an executive to a course of action"is awkward and difficult to read. (you may have to be a native speaker to pickup on this, though)  much moreimportantly: * makes it likely to miss... this doesn't work. technically, thiswould mean that "it" - an unspecified entity - is likely to miss thesigns. if you use the "it is ADJ..." construction, and the verb has aspecific subject, you MUST include that subject in the construction. it islikely that the executive will miss...

B。Anexecutive who is heavily committed to a course of action, especially one thatworked well in the past, makes missing signs of incipient trouble or misinterpretingones likely when they do appear.
