题目大概是这样，记得不是很清楚了，面试官非常非常nice。

6. an experience that you are not the leadership and you meet with a conflict in the team
7. the most important qualities you put the stress on when choosing the ultimate school

其实这个项目以后没有美国的opt，所以有些犹豫啊啊
