昨（今）天凌晨3点半强打精神面了21分钟哈哈哈，Amy语速的确算中上，不过之前听过两三次webinar所以还算习惯。有人说Amy很冷漠，个人感觉还可以的啦~只是整体比较chill而已~ 我答问题的时候他基本4/5时间在记笔记，将到终点的地方她还是会抬起头眼神交流的。每一个问题回答之后她还会说一些sounds interesting, that's great, you must have learned a lot from it之类的comments，整体感觉人超级nice的！
流程方面，本来以为她会先发skype好友申请过来，结果等到3：32也还是没有有点着急，谁知道3：33的时候她突然直接拨过来了 猝不及防hhh 简单镇定了一下接了电话 女神上来先寒暄了一下，然后确认了一下skype音质，说如果听不清她说话随时告诉她，然后就做了自我介绍说自己是weston career center的，只看过我的Ps和cv，整个面试大概25分钟，目的是想多了解点我的background。
面经绝大部分都是behavioral questions
- 3min self-intro, please cover your highlighted experience in university
- why master at this time, why MACC?
- why Olin?
- tell me a time when you took a risk
- tell me a time when you encountered a difficulty that is beyond your capabilities, how you tackled it and what was the result?
- tell me a time when you were assigned a task that requires you to communicate across functions (这题我一开始不太懂，让她clarify了一下,她说比如你是学acct的，你被分配一个你不会的东西之后会怎么做)
- three characteristics of an accountant?
- if you wake up one day and find you received offers from all programs you apply, what is the criteria you use to choose?
- Q & A， 我问了三个问题差不多四五分钟
最后Amy说最后决定还是admissions committee去做，31号统一出结果^^
大家都offer满满当牌打呀！！
