星期天一早录完vedio,碰到三个题目都是CD之前有的，分别是：
1. What makes you different from other application?
2. takl about an highlight in your internship and what did you want to improve ?
3. talk about an inspiring leader
加上这三个问题我一共准备了17个问题（都是参考CD的帖子的），现在按照我的思路给大家分类了一下，每一类可以套用差不多的模版嘿嘿嘿～
实习类：
1. Highlight in your intern and some improvements
2. Drawbacks in your intern （大致意思就是实习中不好的地方，怎样改变3. Talk a time when you be criticized, and what is your reactions (这个问题我放到实习类，感觉也是可以说生活中的，大家自己发挥
4. An inspiring leader and why?
5.tell me a situation show your initiative (这题大致意思就是说说一个情况事情展示你的主动性，我也是归为实习类，但是感觉可以说说生活中学习中的例子
学业/大学类：
1. What is your most challenge subject in your undergraduate study and why?
2.what is your challenge in graduate study and why？
3. What do you think the three "must" factor in college?
4. What do you look for in terms of culture?
5. Your long-term and short-term goal?
6. A task you did not want to do ,how you motivated yourself?(这题可以放入实习类
7. 除了申请里，还有什么想说的
生活类
1. Talk me about yourself
2. your strengthen and some improvements
3. 喜欢爬山还是读书 why
4. Tell me about your last trip
5. what is your most proud thing?
道德困境类
1. 最简单的举个例子 ethic dilemma
2. Describe your time when you have to give others negative feedback
3. 经历过的conflict 已经其中的role
cd宝宝们，差不多就这些啦。很多问题不一定像我分类的那么回答，自己要多练练哈。
自己在cd得到很多帮助，虽然我还没考完呵呵呵呵。还是希望尽自己绵薄之力，也积攒些人品
