Tips

1. Stanford更多关注why, MIT则更关注how。
2. 都要求描述很多细节，比如场景，心理活动，做决定的原因和动机等。
3. 保持诚恳和真实。没有人是完美的，诚恳和真实会让你变得有趣。我们都喜欢和有趣的人做朋友，不是么
4. 关注对方，把面试变成一次朋友间的交谈。
